Winnsboro's City Administrator, Nina E. Browning, submits a status report to the City Council on a monthly basis. PROTECT OUR ENVIRONMENT -- RECYCLE
Recyclable items may be left for pick up in the parking lot at City Hall in Winnsboro, the first Sat. of each month between the hours of 9am - 12pm.
