DEDICATED SERVICE

For twenty years, Francell Burnett has been Office Manager at Clement's Realtors in Winnsboro, and last Friday, April 28, the community helped her celebrate the special anniversary. There was an Open House from two until five, and people stopped by all afternoon to congratulate her.

One of the visitors was Fay Miller (left) from Holly Lake GMAC Real Estate. She has been a business associate of Francell for some years and had high praise for her and Clements Realty. "This is one of the nicest agencies we work with," she said. All the people are so gracious and so helpful. Any time we call with questions about a property, they take the time to give us all the details."

Fay credits the leadership of Francell for that spirit of cooperation, as well as the example set by Dick Clement, who owns Clement's Realty with his wife, Chloie.

Francell is a "home-grown" girl, having graduated from Winnsboro High School in 1960. She worked for seventeen years at a bank prior to coming to Clement's, and really enjoys the real estate business. Her husband, Archie, is an agent at Clement's part time and works for Flow Serve in Sulphur Springs. They have one son, Brett, pictured here with Dick Clement and Fay Miller, and one grandson, Zane. His picture was the first thing she showed me when I stopped in for an interview, so it is obvious where her pride is focused these days.

Among the many visitors that day were Larry Merchant, Manager at Keller's Creamery and President of the Winnsboro Chamber of Commerce and Carolyn Moody with Certified Appraisal Services in Winnsboro. She has been a friend for 30 years and brought Francell a lovely plaque that was inscribed, "Friends are Forever."

Business went on as usual at the agency in between greeting visitors, and Francell made time to work with a young couple who were looking for property. After all, that is the job she does so well.
