United Country – Cain Agency Recognized at National Convention for 2009 Sales

United Country Real Estate, headquartered in Kansas City, Mo., announced at its national convention in February that United Country – Cain Agency, owned by Brent and Melinda Cain and located in Winnsboro, Texas, is ranked No. 23 among United Country’s nearly 650 offices across the nation.  

Based on gross commissions for 2009, Cain Agency earned United Country’s Summit Club Bronze Award, an honor given to less than 3 percent of the company’s nearly 650 offices. The Winnsboro franchise also received a Listing Consistency Award.

Among United Country’s more than 4,000 sales associates, Kay Florence was ranked the company’s No. 28 agent, Ken Ragsdale was ranked the No. 53 agent, Gina Moerke was ranked the No. 54 agent, and Suzanne Ragsdale was ranked the No. 65 agent. Kay earned the Pinnacle Silver Award, and Ken, Gina, and Suzanne earned the Pinnacle Bronze Award.
