WINNSBORO CITY GOVERNMENT

The City of Winnsboro operates under a Type-A General Law form of government. The council invests administrative powers to the city administrator who must carry out the policies set by the body. Nina Browning is the current city administrator.

City administrative offices are located in the City Hall at 501 South Main Street and are open from 8:00am to 4:30pm Monday through Friday. Personnel can be contacted at 903.342.3654. The fax number is 903.342.5708.
